Before our team of expert insulators arrived, this crawlspace was poorly insulated and submerged in water. After our teams arrival, they went straight to work and began by insulating the exterior walls with foamax board and air sealing them together with zypfoam. Then, they air sealed and insulted the rim joists with spray foam. Next, they laid down the drainage matt and vapor barrier completing a total clean space encapsulation system. They secured the encapsulation system to the foamax board with vapor barrier tape. Now, this space is properly air sealed and insulated!
