We were able to reach out to Ron and send our Sales Representative Eric to his home, and provide very detailed information to the program as to why Ron was so uncomfortable instead of warm and cozy.

With some incredible flexibiility in scheduling, we were able to provide Ron the comfort that he was longing for, right before the peak of the COVID-19 crisis.  We had to make sure that someone with a heart of gold like Ron's, could feel safe and warm in his own home during these troubling times.

Ms. Jackson is one of the retired individuals who reached out to the program for some help with her mobile home.  Ms. Jackson has been living there for many years in peace and comfort.  That is until she had a run in with some possums that ate away and made a cozy home out of her insulation.

Unfortunately, NY Pause has but a hold on the final touches for this project, but with the work we were able to complete before the shutdown, we have been able to keep Ms. Jackson comfortable for now.

We were able to complete an attic project for Mr. Solis is Freehold.  Before we insulated his attic with Blow-In Cellulose, Mr. Solis had upwards of a dozen space heaters throughout his home, trying to stay warm during the winter months.

With our help, we are happy to say that Mr. Solis is nice and cozy is his home, space heater free!!

Mr. R called us with complaints and concerns of high costing energy bills. He called the right team of insulation experts! The first step to a more comfortable, energy efficient and cost efficient home begins with a proper home energy audit or as we like to call it, a home comfort evaluation. Helping Mr. R find comfort and peace of mind in his home again was our priority from start to finish of his project. Our home comfort specialist evaluated the home and found old batt insulation in the attic that needed to be removed and upgraded to a better, more efficient insulation method. 

Mr. R chose to insulate with us and has had the "blown-in" cellulose upgraded insulation install. This method is great because it insulates up to an R-60 value! Our team was ready to work arriving to the home on February 14th. This was a 2 day project. Upon arrival our insulating experts removed all old and molded batt insulation. Next our team has to be sure to seal all air leak problem areas with a material called Zypfoam. Lastly our insulation experts blew-in the warm, fluffy cellulose! Immediately Mr. R felt a difference in his home.

Ms. M contacted us with some complaints about her home. She was experiencing cold floors and a draft throughout her home. When we asked her what her main concern was about in her home she had told us a tale heard many times before and we assured her we could help! She had also noticed some moisture in her home. Cold floors and moisture is a bad combo, here's how we fix it. 

Our home comfort specialist found mold forming due to the moisture and experienced the cold floors first hand. The best place to start insulating is the crawlspace upon assessment. Our comfort specialist also suggested to her that if she wanted a properly insulated space we would need to remove all of the old, molded and damaged insulation prior to the install. As the install day arrived our team was ready to hit the ground running. They arrived and began by removing the old insulation from the crawlspace area. Next, our insulation experts installed silverglo board on the ceiling of the crawlspace with radiant flooring. They also installed silverglo on the walls. To reduce and prevent further production of moisture causing the molding they installed an encapsulation system with foamax board insulation on the walls as well. Lastly our insulation professionals insulated the rimjoists with silverglo boards and Zypfoam to properly air seal. 

Once this job was complete Ms. M let us know that she couldn't be happier with the work we provided to her! Her home is now comfortable, energy and cost efficient! 

Mr. P initially called us with complaints regarding his high costing energy bills and concerns with making sure his home was kept nice and warm this upcoming winter. He called the best team of experts in insulation! The first step in ensuring that a home is energy efficient, more comfortable, and cost effective is providing a proper home energy audit or as we like to call it here at Global Dwelling, a home comfort evaluation. Our priority from start to finish was to provide Mr. P with tranquility and comfortable living within his home! When our home comfort specialist evaluated the home, it was discovered that the attic was poorly insulated with old batt insulation and needed to be updated and improved with our more efficient insulation upgrades.

Mr. P chose our team of insulation experts to upgrade his attic with "blown-in" cellulose that was dense packed behind the Foamax board. This allows for his attic to be properly conditioned. Our team was ready to provide Mr. P with our amazing service in his home on March 7th. This was a 7-day process to ensure that Mr. P's satisfaction would be achieved. Upon our expert insulation team's arrival, the first priority was to remove and dispose all of the insulation that was keeping Mr. P's house from being warm. Our team then air sealed all accessible penetrations with a material called ZypFoam, and this will have a direct impact on improving energy efficiency.

Mr. Z's initial concern when he called us was that he was receiving high costing energy bills in the winter, even though he was keeping the same temperature throughout the months. Mr. Z knew his home had an insulation problem that needed to be fixed. One of the first steps we took in order to fix Mr. Z's problem was to send out one of our highly trained home comfort specialists so that they could provide Mr. Z with a very thorough home comfort evaluation. During this home comfort evaluation, our specialists use designated tools to pinpoint any energy inefficiencies that the home may be experiencing. Upon the evaluation, it was discovered that Mr. Z's attic was poorly insulated and need the insulation upgraded. 

After the home comfort evaluation, our home comfort specialist came up with a plan of action. The first step our expert team of insulators took in order to fix his home was to remove and dispose of all of the old batt fiberglass insulation that was keeping the home from being properly insulated. Our team of experts then completely air-sealed the entire space so that there was no longer an easy way for air to leak into and out of the home in the winter. Our experienced team of insulators then insulated the area by upgrading the space with our energy-efficient method, "blown-in" cellulose! This method was great for Mr. Z's attic because not only is it energy-efficient, it is cost-effective! 

After our expert team of insulators properly insulated Mr. Z's attic space, Mr. Z told us here at Global Dwelling that not only did he feel an immediate difference in his home, he saw the difference when he received his energy bill in the following months! 

When Mrs. K was looking to better insulate her home she chose to call the experts. Her initial concerns with her home were suffering from very cold feet in the winter and  a moisture ridden crawlspace. This was causing her discomfort in her home. We sent out our home comfort specialist to perform an energy audit or as we like to call it here at Global Dwelling, a home comfort evaluation. Our home comfort specialist discovered that Mrs. K's crawlspace was not only submerged with water but it also was not properly insulated or encapsulated, causing her to experience cold feet and uncontrollable molding. Our team arrived to fix the problem and make her home comfortable once again. 

Our team of experts arrived ready to upgrade the insulation in this space! They started with insulating all of the exterior walls in the space with SilverGlo board and then air sealed them with Zypfoam to ensure that there was no longer any air penetrations. Our team of experts then air sealed all of the rim joists in the crawlspace with SprayFoam in order to insulate the space correctly. Lastly, our team of highly trained insulation experts encapsulated the space with a drainage matt along with a vapor barrier in order to complete a clean space encapsulation system in the crawlspace. With the use of SilverGlo, Zypfoam, SprayFoam, and the encapsulation system, this space is now properly air sealed and insulated! 

Mrs. K is satisfied that she chose the right team of insulation experts to fix her uncomfortable home. She immediately felt a difference with her floors and no longer suffers from cold feet in the winter! 

Before our team of insulation experts arrived, this crawlspace was poorly insulated. The crawlspace was causing the homeowners to experience cold feet during the winter, making their home very uncomfortable. When our home comfort specialist performed the home comfort evaluation it was discovered that the old batt fiberglass insulation was not properly insulating the crawlspace, leaving the floors to become very cold during the winter. 

First, our team of insulators removed and disposed of all of the old batt fiberglass insulation. For a total clean space encapsulation system, our team of experts first installed a drainage matt. After our team installed the matt, they then laid down a vapor barrier on top, doing this will diminish water penetration into the crawlspace. Our team of expert insulators then secured the drainage matt and the vapor barrier together with vapor barrier tape to create a properly air-sealed total clean space encapsulation system. 

Now this crawlspace is properly encapsulated and Mrs. K will no longer experience cold, uncomfortable floors during the winter months! Thank you for your business Mrs. K!

When this homeowner called us she wanted to know why her house felt like it was never the temperature she desired the most. We sent one of our highly trained and experienced home comfort specialists to her home to provide a very thorough home energy audit so she could see where her home could be best improved. It was discovered that her attic was underperforming and becoming the direct link to why her home felt uncomfortable all the time. Our specialist gave her the best possible solution for her unique attic space and the solution that would be best. 

Our best team of attic insulation contractors was quick to arrive at her home and get started on upgrading the overall performance. They first went into the attic and removed and disposed of all of the old batt fiberglass insulation and debris that were in the area. The removal allows for the space to be clear and ready for an upgrade in air-sealing and attic insulation! Our insulation contractors then went into the attic and proceeded to complete our most essential step, air sealing! This is done by using ZypFoam which expands when applied so that every accessible and open air-penetration is closed off from allowing any more leaky and unwanted air in the space. Lastly, our team went into the space and blew in up to 18 inches of cellulose which will insulate the home up to an R-value of 60! 

This attic is now well insulated and properly air-sealed, which will no longer become a problem for these homeowners, especially for this upcoming winter season. Mrs. C will now have peace of mind in her home once again!

Once the attic air-sealing was complete, our insulation experts then upgraded this space with our premier method of insulation, TruSoft Blown-in cellulose! Our method was great for this space because not only is it known to be energy-efficient, but it is also cost-effective. No more high-cost energy bills for Mr. P! 

When Mr. P first called us, he had major concerns regarding the overall performance of his home due to the high-cost energy bills he was receiving. When our home comfort specialist went out to his house, they completed a very thorough evaluation to find the significant problem areas and provide the best possible solution. Our specialist found that the attic was poorly insulated and didn't have any air-sealing. The combination of both was becoming a direct link to why the home was losing more energy than it should. 

Our team of insulation experts was quick to arrive at his home in order to upgrade the attic. Our team first began by removing all of the existing insulation that was previously used to insulate the home and properly disposed of it. Once the space was clear, our team was then ready to air-seal the attic! The attic was thoroughly air-sealed with ZypFoam, which expands once applied so all of the once easily accessible air penetrations were no longer allowing leaky or unwanted air. Once the attic air-sealing was completed, our experts were then able to properly insulate the attic with our warming, fluffy, blown-in cellulose! Our team blew in up to 18 inches of cellulose which will settle to 16 inches and insulate the home with an R-value of 60! 

This home had uncomfortable and unbearably cold floors! We sent our home comfort specialist to provide the homeowners with a very thorough evaluation of their crawlspace to find out why they were suffering from freezing cold floors. During the evaluation, our specialist found that the crawlspace was poorly insulated and didn't have any protection against the outside elements. 

Our team of crawlspace insulation experts arrived quickly at the home in order to restore peace of mind for these homeowners. Our team first began by removing all of the fiberglass that was previously installed in the crawlspace ceiling. Our experts then properly insulated the rim joists by installing SilverGlo boards, which were then air-sealed with ZypFoam to ensure that no unwanted or leaky air wouldn't get through. Once the rim joists were insulated, our experts were then ready to install our GoldSeal crawlspace encapsulation system! They installed this system by first laying down a drainage matt that was sealed with vapor barrier tape. Our experts then completed the system by installing our GoldSeal vapor barrier on top of the matt and securing the barrier to the matt with vapor barrier tape. The combination of both the insulated rim joists and encapsulated crawlspace will now keep these floors warm for the homeowners this upcoming cold season!
