The county came in and insulated our house about 12-13 years ago. They installed foil bubble insulation in our basement. Since then, we have had too much moisture and mold in our basement and our house smells like mold in the summer. We would like to get an honest opinion about how we should handle the situation. We have blown through a few dehumidifiers already, and I don't want to waste any more money on another. Our house is old. Built around 1840. If your company is able to help, we would appreciate it!
