Get Ready for Our Growing Family

We were contacted by customers Heather and Mike, who wanted to make sure their house was as warm as could be for their new expanding family. In working with our Home Comfort Specialist, Gamal, they were able to come up with an accomplish list of just how to make their plan a reality.  Upon inspection of the house, it appeared that their crawlspace had cold air blowing through like a wind storm!!

We were able to add Spray Foam Insulation around the Rim Joists in the Basement as well as FOAMAX boards along the foundation walls to calm the storm and seal out the cold.

I am trying to get a price estimate for re-insulating an attic. The home is a double-wide manufactured home from 1987. There are fiber batts along the center beam and blown-in insulation throughout the rest of the house. The square footage of the floor is 1,352'. Lastly, the attic has room on 1/4 almost to stand entirely while the rest of the ceiling has room to crawl on through.
