Insulation Services Photo Album: Upgrading Attic Insulation for Mrs. B!

When Mrs. B called us here at Global Dwelling she had concerns with her current attic insulation, so she decided to have us come out and upgrade her attic insulation and air-sealing! We first started with removing all of the nasty old batt fiberglass that was poorly insulated. Our expert insulation contractors then air-sealed the attic space with ZypFoam to make sure all of those easy accessible air penetrations were properly closed off from leaky and unwanted air. Lastly, we upgraded the space with our premier method of insulation, TruSoft cellulose! 

Old Batt Fiberglass

This is the attic before our expert insulation contractors arrived at the home. This poorly insulated old batt fiberglass was no longer properly insulating the attic space causing the home to become energy inefficient. Good thing our team of home insulation contractors properly removed and disposed of all of it!

TruSoft Cellulose!

This is the attic after we removed the old batt fiberglass insulation and completed the attic air-sealing. Our expert insulation contractors upgraded this space with our premier method of insulation, warming, fluffy, blown-in cellulose! This was great for the attic space because not only does it insulate up to an R-value of 60, it is known to be both energy-efficient and cost-effective!
