Upgraded Attic Insulation for Mrs. S in Tivoli, NY

Before the arrival of our insulation experts, this attic was poorly insulated with old batt fiberglass insulation that was no longer providing proper r-value for the home. Upon arrival, our insulation experts started by removing and properly disposing of all the old insulation in the space. Once the attic was cleared, our experts were then ready to air-seal the attic. Our experts used ZypFoam to thoroughly enclose any air penetrations in the space that once allowed leaky or unwanted air into the space. Once the attic air-sealing was completed, our experts were ready to upgrade this home with our premier insulation method! Our experts blew in up to 18 inches of cellulose which will settle to 16 inches and provide an r-value of 60!
