          Highest recommendation; exceeding expectations and hopes. My wife and I recently bought a cabin in the Catskills and couldn't be more excited about the place, except for the open crawl space beneath the house that had been left un-maintained since the house's construction some 35 years ago. The crawl space had been invaded by larger rodents (who had dug holes around the house's piers), the insulation on the sub-flooring had been torn down and gathered for nests by mice, and mold had formed on parts of the sub-flooring itself (see "before" pictures).In looking for someone to handle this highly uncomfortable and 'dirty' job of removing all old insulation, eliminating and providing preventative treatment for mold, and insulating and encapsulating our crawl space, my wife and I sought out four separate quotes, including one from our local town's general contractor who was honest and highly recommended.
